Covid-19 Policy

Our treatments have been restricted to the following:

1.  Manicures

2. Pedicures

3. Body Massages

4. Body Waxing

We are not allowed to perform any treatments on the face until 1st August. We love your faces and can’t wait to do these areas but at the moment it is not safe to do so. We kindly ask for you to not put us in an awkward position by asking!

 

How you are feeling?

If you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of Covid-19 please ring to rearrange your appointment.

 

Face Masks

Please ensure you have a face mask on before entering the building and throughout your treatment.

 

Drinks

We are unable to offer you any drinks during your appointment but feel free to bring your own. There will also be no magazines or books to read.

 

On Arrival

It is really important that you arrive at your appointment on time to keep client traffic to a minimum. We are asking all clients to come alone to appointments at this time. Upon arrival, there will be clear instructions on where you need to sit. A sanitising station will be ready for you to use prior to your treatment in the waiting area.

 

What to expect from us?

We will be wearing full PPE to ensure your safety and ours, however, you will still be welcomed by our smiley faces behind the visors. All areas will be sanitised in between each client this is reflected in our extended treatment times. There will be one client to a therapist in each area. Our portable payment system will be bought to you immediately after your treatment enabling us to reduce client traffic at reception.

 

Temporary Price Change

As you can imagine, this situation has had a huge financial impact on our industry. We hope you understand due to this there will be a small additional price increase according to the treatment.

 

Booking Appointments

We are not able to offer any walk-in appointments at present. To book an appointment you can call us on 01858 434151, book through our website www.mooibeauty.co.uk or download the Fresha app on your mobile device to manage your appointments yourself.

There will be a 50% charge on any appointments that are missed or not canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Please adhere to the social distancing guidelines with other clients that may be coming for an appointment! We have tried to make the experience as ‘normal’ but safe as possible for everyone. This is all very new to us so your patience would be much appreciated. For your reassurance, we are working within the professional beauty guidelines to ensure we are working as safely as possible.
